Let's Talk

I can't wait to work with you.

I currently offer in-person counseling located at my offices in Langley on Mondays, and in Freeland at the Eli Bentabou Chiropractic & Wellness Center on Wednesdays and Fridays. I also offer Telehealth appointments to clients statewide in Washington.

When you reach out to me, I will share the openings in my schedule and ask about what's bringing you to therapy. If it sounds like we may be aligned, we will schedule a free 15 minute consult call. In that call I am learning more about you, and it will give us both a chance to determine if we are well matched for working together. If so, we will schedule an intake.

Consider the intake appointment as the first step toward starting the counseling relationship and commencing work on your personal goals. When we schedule your sessions, we can consider if weekly, every-other-week, or monthly is the best fit.

I am in-network for a number of insurance companies listed on my Psychology Today page. I will be glad to answer your questions about the financial side of therapy so that you're not caught unaware. Feel free to utilize part of the consult call to fully confirm the facts on this important topic for your peace of mind.
